Spray Tan Appointment Policys

Deposits
A minimum £10.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours' notice, and your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date.
Payments
You can pay your remaining treatment price at your appointment either by exact cash or bank transfer. You are welcome to pay in full prior to your appointment, and this option will be available when booking online. If you have booked directly with me, we can provide payment details upon request.
Cancellations
As a mobile service, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and travel is planned in advance. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if at least 72 hours' notice is given. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, no-shows, or clients who are unavailable at the agreed appointment time will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the remaining balance of the treatment cost.

Rescheduling

Group Bookings
For group bookings, a £10.00 deposit per person is required to secure your session. Please notify us at least 72 hours before your appointment if any member of your group is unable to attend. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, or clients who do not attend their appointment, will be charged the full treatment price.
